ADU Express Construction LLC is seeking a Project Manager who is as skilled at leading people as they are at managing budgets. We operate a high-pace, factory-style model that requires a leader who can command a room, inspire a field crew, and master digital workflows.
Our Project Managers don’t just monitor progress; they drive results. We need a closer who can navigate ADU multifamily builds and ensure every project hits its completion target with precision and quality.
The Mission:
Deliver multifamily ADUs at scale through disciplined project execution .

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of construction PM experience with a proven track record of hitting project deadlines.
• Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff and manage vendor performance.
• Systems Thinker: You focus on scalable results and repeatable success.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Delivery: Lead multiple ADU builds from groundbreaking to final sign-off, ensuring every project hits key milestones on time.
• Decisive Leadership: Serve as the primary point of command for field superintendents and subcontractors, maintaining a high-performance culture on every site.
• Unified Project Oversight: Utilize computer skills and knowledge to maintain a centralized project hub for all real-time data and documentation.
• Performance Accountability: Set clear expectations for trade partners, ensuring "factory-speed" standards are met without compromising safety or code compliance.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions to keep the construction pipeline moving.
