ADU Express LLC is seeking a powerhouse Preconstruction & Procurement staff to lead our client's material operations and sourcing in Los Angeles. We don’t just build; we operate with a production-driven mindset. If you are a master of material take-offs and vendor negotiation, we want you on our team. The Mission: Drive the logistical engine behind our multifamily ADU projects, ensuring every unit is quantified accurately and sourced efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years in construction procurement or take off / quantifying management.
- Expert-level ability to quantify materials from plans.
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep network of SoCal suppliers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in multifamily or ADU projects (preferred but not a must).
Responsibilities
- Take-Offs & Quantifying: Prepare detailed material take-offs and quantify requirements directly from construction drawings.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build vendor relationships and execute bulk purchasing strategies to lower costs.
- Bid Management: Lead subcontractor bidding and leveling to ensure we have the best crews on site.
- Cost Control: Monitor material pricing and implement systems to keep projects on budget.
