Contract Administrator Lead – Contract Compliance Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Contract Administrator Lead is responsible for serving as a state lead in submission of group health insurance products at a regional site How you will make an impact: Develops and oversees the regulatory approval process for submission of group health insurance products with federal and state insurance regulators. Collaborate with multiple functional business areas (enterprise and local senior management, underwriting, legal, marketing & actuarial departments) in drafting of new product language and products. Includes preparation and submission of form filings and communicating with regulators. Evaluates insurance, HMO, and self-funded benefit contracts and benefit booklets and related processes and procedures.
