About The Position

The recruiting contractor will be responsible to deliver full cycle recruiting. This position will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and hiring managers to enhance the caliber of candidates and to ensure we are hiring the best talent. Learn the company product and culture to identify quality candidates that are aligned with Vasion’s culture and scaling needs. Access to onboarding materials and training will be provided. Attract high-quality candidates with a focus on (GTM) sales & marketing and (G&A) roles. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and engage potential candidates. Engage in proactive recruitment strategies, including talent pooling and passive candidate outreach. Develop a strong pipeline of potential permanent employees. Work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, confirm interview templates, and assessments. Collaborate with HRBP and HR leadership to identify areas of efficiency & productivity related to recruitment. Communicate on a regular basis with the Talent Acquisition team. Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications Conduct initial phone/Zoom screenings to evaluate candidates' fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manager, partner with recruiting coordinator for follow-up interviews Serve as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate records in Workable of candidate interactions, interview notes, etc., throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics. Review the current recruitment processes and recommend improvements to streamline and keep up with market trends.
