Job SummaryProvide financial leadership and oversight for the hospitality program. The Controller will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance to ensure strong financial performance and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of financial management experience
- Experience managing budgets and financial reporting
- Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software
Nice To Haves
- CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and accounting operations
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor financial performance and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll coordination
- Maintain internal controls and financial documentation
- Partner with operational leaders on financial planning
