About The Position

Play a key role in executing high-quality culinary experiences across the venue. The Sous Chef will support kitchen leadership in food preparation, staff supervision, and maintaining culinary standards during daily operations and events.

Requirements

  • Culinary training or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of culinary experience in professional kitchens
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
  • Experience supervising kitchen staff
  • Understanding of food safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff during food preparation and service
  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards
  • Assist with menu execution and recipe adherence
  • Monitor kitchen cleanliness and sanitation practices
  • Support inventory control and ordering processes
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members
  • Assist with event culinary preparation
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
