About The Position
A growing home care company is seeking a COO / Director to independently oversee all company operations and drive organizational growth. Responsibilities Include: Oversee all company operations and departments Manage compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements Handle employee hiring, management, and retention Oversee billing and financial operations Manage relationships with partner agencies and institutions Drive strategic planning and company growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Extensive leadership experience in senior management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage diverse responsibilities independently
- Comfortable working in a less formal office environment
