The Coordinator, Loyalty, CRM & Gift Cards plays a critical role in powering IHOP’s guest engagement engine across loyalty, CRM/email, and gift card programs. This role exists to help the team move faster and smarter by owning the day‑to‑day operational execution, QA, and reporting that keep our programs running flawlessly. The Coordinator will manage campaign setup, platform hygiene, franchisee support, and cross‑functional coordination—partnering closely with Creative, IT, Guest Relations, and key vendor partners.
