About The Position

Invited Clubs is currently accepting applications for a Corporate Marketing Manager with project management experience, excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail and proven ability to successfully work with a team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires advanced expertise across email marketing, digital platforms, creative development, and website optimization, while independently managing a high volume of priorities. The role directly supports membership growth, private event revenue, dining performance, and member engagement, and functions as a critical extension of on-site club leadership teams. The Corporate Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Regional Marketing Director with marketing strategy for roughly 28 golf and country clubs. This role may also include supporting additional corporate marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ marketing experience including strategy development and execution, email marketing, creative design, social media marketing
  • Highly organized with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship development
  • A strong ability to analyze numbers and data to make business decisions
  • Passion for marketing and creative thinking
  • Knowledge and awareness of effective marketing collateral and graphic design
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and drive results
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Occasional travel may be required
  • Dallas location preferred, but open to remote/hybrid

Nice To Haves

  • Private club, golf or hospitality industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work hand in hand with your Regional Marketing Director to develop strategies, execute plans, and analyze results
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and media plans to successfully promote initiatives to both membership and private event prospects
  • Communicate regularly with club and regional teams to provide collateral and ensure effective marketing support is provided to drive results
  • Club and regional teams include membership, private and member events, food & beverage, golf operations and more
  • Work closely with onsite Member Experience teams to develop marketing targeted toward Members
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines to achieve quick deadlines
