Stress-Free Auto Care is seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Intern to support our executive leadership team at our Austin office. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly. This is not a “sit and observe” internship — this is a do the work, learn the business, and earn trust quickly type of role.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High level of reliability and accountability — if you say you’ll do it, it gets done
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

Responsibilities

  • Office & Facilities Support
  • Receive, organize, and ship packages and materials
  • Assist with office setup, organization, and general upkeep
  • Assemble office furniture and equipment as needed
  • Ensure shared spaces are clean, functional, and well-stocked
  • Executive & Leadership Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, Head of People & Performance, and other corporate leaders
  • Assist with ad hoc requests across departments as business needs arise
  • Help coordinate internal tasks and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving
  • IT & Equipment Coordination
  • Support basic IT provisioning (laptop setup, account coordination, equipment distribution)
  • Track and manage inventory of office and employee equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders for technical needs
  • Scheduling & Administrative Support
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and logistics
  • Help organize internal meetings, including prep and follow-ups
  • Support travel coordination when needed
  • Expense & Operational Support
  • Assist with expense tracking, receipt collection, and documentation
  • Support basic financial and operational administrative tasks
  • Help maintain organized records and documentation
