About The Position

Correspondence Specialist II in Quality Relations manages full inbox operations for a designated function, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses to learner inquiries. This role builds on the foundational work of Level I by taking full ownership of inbox management while maintaining quality and consistency in all correspondence.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in learner support, customer service, or operations.
  • Demonstrated strong written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full inbox for assigned functions, responding to inquiries within established service levels.
  • Categorize, prioritize, and resolve learner inquiries, escalating when necessary.
  • Draft, edit, and send professional communications to learners, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM, SIS, and communication tools for tracking and documentation.
  • Identify patterns or recurring issues in inquiries and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments to resolve complex or multi-step issues.
  • Support overflow and shared inbox operations as needed.
  • Assist in pre- and post-semester projects related to learner communications.
