  • Experience as a procurement practitioner, buyer, sourcing lead, or category manager, or a strong interest in transitioning from procurement into a community- or content-focused role
  • Comfort engaging with senior procurement leaders in conversations, events, and discussions
  • An active or confident communicator, including on platforms such as LinkedIn or in live settings
  • Strong relationship-building and facilitation skills, with the ability to earn trust and encourage participation
  • Strong skills in storytelling, education, and community building
  • A startup-ready mindset that is curious, accountable, and motivated by ownership and impact

Responsibilities

  • Organize and host virtual and in-person community sessions such as roundtables, meetups, and peer discussions.
  • Support Negotiation Intelligence certifications and badges, encouraging participation and reinforcing practitioner credibility.
  • Encourage and enable customers to participate in events, panels, content, and industry discussions.
  • Partner closely with Social, Content, and Events teams to amplify customer voices and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Represent the customer perspective across marketing initiatives and act as a bridge between customers, community, and internal teams.
