About The Position

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to coordinate client requests, schedule meetings, and support operational workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure client interactions are documented accurately and operational support is delivered efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in client services, operations, or administrative coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/operations systems.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in government contracting or defense-related client operations.
  • Familiarity with operational workflows and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Document client requests and follow up with internal teams.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings and operational activities.
  • Support operational workflows to ensure client deliverables are met.
  • Maintain records and reports related to client operations.
  • Generate reports on client requests and operational activities.
  • Assist leadership with metrics tracking and workflow analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
  • Support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
