At the Notre Dame Alumni Association, our mission is to welcome and uplift the entire Notre Dame family, helping them thrive in learning, service, faith, and work. We exist to celebrate Notre Dame, build lifelong relationships, and inspire our community to be a force for good in the world. The Customer Service Rep, Eck Visitor Center, will work 8-24 hours per week to inform and inspire visitors - whether they come for the first time or have a long Notre Dame legacy. As the “front door” of the University of Notre Dame, the Eck Visitor Center Customer Service Rep is responsible for welcoming all alumni and visitors to campus as well as answering the telephone in a timely and polite manner. Visitor Center staff will also be responsible for any administrative support at the request of the alumni association staff. Candidates must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts, and home football Fridays and Saturdays. Hours vary weekly.
