About The Position

Customer Service Representative Full Time positions available to answer basic order calls and customer inquiries. No knowledge of coins required, we will pay to train you! As a key member of our Customer Experience Team helping customers enjoy the hobby of coin collecting, your primary responsibilities are as follows:

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Solid telephone customer service ability; prior experience a plus
• Patience and exceptional listening skills
• Ability to enter 35 words per minute while talking to the customer
• Confidence in multi-tasking
• Dependability and reliability
• Attentiveness for detail and a desire for accuracy
• Ability and availability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Responding in a friendly, courteous manner to answer customer phone calls in a fast paced sequence
• Accurately entering orders and resolving customer basic questions
• Earn additional incentives through our phone feature program
