Employment Type: Full-time, year-round
Work Environment: In-office (THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
Pay: $18 per hour / $19 per hour (Bilingual)
Schedule/Shift: 2pm-10:30pm

Requirements

• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to manage multiple calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift and weekend rotation
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must work on-site daily (not a remote role)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Manage multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems
