About The Position

You will provide centralized coordination, change execution, and operational oversight in support of data center modernization initiatives, migration activities, and steady-state operations. This role enables a follow-the-sun operating model for incident response, ensures disciplined change management, and serves as a key integration point across operations, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience supporting data center operations or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• 4 years of experience with ServiceNow (Change, CMDB, AMDB).
• Proficient in working with MS Office Tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Point, Teams) and ServiceNow.
• 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in follow‑the‑sun or 24x7 operational models.
• Familiarity with DCIM tools (Sunbird DC Track preferred).
• Experience supporting financial or procurement analytics in an operational context.
• Background in data center lifecycle management and asset governance.
• Experience supporting migration, modernization, or transformation initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, prioritization, and scheduling data center activities across multiple sites.
• Align requests with resource availability, maintenance windows, site readiness, and operational constraints.
• Create, manage, and execute end-to-end data center changes using ServiceNow.
• Validate and maintain accuracy of ServiceNow CMDB, AMDB, and asset lifecycle records.
• Provide initial incident response and triage, working directly with Fiserv Incident Command Center (FICC) and DC teams to assess and address potential data center impacts.
• Support asset management activities, including shipping, receiving, and chain‑of‑custody tracking.
• Ensure accurate asset records and lifecycle status throughout moves, adds, changes, and decommissions.
