About The Position

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to interact with senior executives and other interns in daily assignments and projects, skill building workshops, networking and volunteering opportunities, and exciting team building events! Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing degree(s) in Business or Finance .
• Motivated.
• Curious.
• Eager to learn.
• Inquisitive.
• Proactive contributor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in Hauppauge, Long Island.

Responsibilities

• Reactivating Dormant/Inactive accounts with appropriate documentation and notifying supervisor of any suspicious activity occurring on sensitive accounts.
• Assisting in performing annual escheatment process for abandoned property.
• Assisting branches and departments with questions and issues; process and respond to Deposit Operations Help Desk items.
