About The Position

We are looking for a new Design Technology Specialist . As part of our Design Technology group, you’ll help elevate project delivery and strengthen Moseley’s competitive edge through BIM innovation and training, improved workflows, design strategies, and automation. What’s needed: Prior hands‑on experience in a corporate architecture or engineering environment with 5+ years of building design using or supporting Revit. Software focused training and delivery skills with a creative mindset and the ability to problem solve BIM challenges. Experience with ACC, Bluebeam, and Dynamo a plus. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 4+ years’ experience in building design
  • Capable of working in a collaborative team environment to meet specific deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential problems, and designing solutions as necessary
  • General knowledge of integrated architectural and engineering practices
  • General knowledge of construction documentation processes
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Firm understanding of design trends, construction methodologies, and material application
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Autodesk Revit Software experience required

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Attend monthly BIM progress meetings
  • Creation and Evaluation of BIM content and standards
  • Documentation of companywide standards and expectations
  • Coordinates firm-wide technologies, standards and guidelines with fellow BIM Management team members in other disciplines on a consistent and regular basis
  • Works with BIM Management team to provide timely support by fielding daily questions regarding BIM from all disciplines where appropriate
  • Additional Responsibilities as assigned
