About The Position

Global restaurant brands run their operation on the Crunchtime platform. Customers including Chipotle, Culver’s, Domino’s, Dunkin’, Five Guys and P.F. Chang’s rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits. About the Role: As a Digital Adoption Lead at Crunchtime, you will partner with customers, leadership and subject matter experts to develop, deploy, and deliver digital adoption strategies and initiatives that support the accomplishment of business goals. The core business goal is to create “better users” – internally and externally of the organization.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at your disposal in order to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and operate under tight deadlines
  • A natural excitement and ability to learn technologies and explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise architects, developers and management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 1-3 years of implementation or professional services experience at a SaaS company
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong ability to present complex concepts in an easily understandable format.
  • Equally confident working independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in learning & development is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and LMS Administration is a plus
  • HTML, CSS, and/or Javascript experience is an advantage
  • UX background and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Apps is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assess needs and use cases, quickly design impactful and creative solutions, measure results, and iterate and improve to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business, technical and creative partners to ensure timely delivery of software readiness, communications and training.
  • Work closely with client management to determine client training needs, identify skill gaps, assess training effectiveness, and improve/adjust as appropriate.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of solutions developed against KPIs set forth to drive ROI back to the business.
  • Stay abreast of key trends in digital adoption and integrate them into training solutions.
  • Ability to understand technical possibilities and limitations of the tools at your disposal in order to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time
  • Develop standards for efficient and consistent digital adoption content creation, deployment, and maintenance.
