About The Position

Under general supervision and reporting to the Data Integration Manager, the Digital Integration Lead and Business Analyst is responsible for developing and deploying TRIGO ADR’s data management infrastructure and providing business data analysis support (including but not limited to metrics, charts, creating reports and monitoring key performance indicators) to the Business team. Build and support implementation of company’s data management infrastructure through TRIGOScope and other tools / applications as required Responsible for data analysis and metrics generation for management team Define data output formats and develop new metrics that pertain to each management department Data management and follow up Create templates or management reports based on management data Support management pertaining to data analysis and metrics generation Ensure completeness and accuracy of all data Build reports and tools to assist management with key performance indicators and trends Assist with metrics generation for monthly, quarterly, or annual program reviews with customers Manage program implementation by evaluating potential risks and opportunities Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Extensive Knowledge of: MS Excel MS PowerBI MS Outlook MS PowerPoint MS SharePoint MS Teams MS Power Automate MS Report Builder Python and/or R Program Management processes SAP/MRP systems
  • Skills: Fluent English – reading and writing is required
  • Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong independent decision-making skills; excellent analytical skills and professional judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to: Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Pass pre-hire background check including credit screening
  • 5 years + admin experience in data analysis/metrics generation or related degree in data analytics and business processes
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with various MRP/ERP systems and data gathering
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience with generating metrics to include V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow-through
  • A motivated self-starter who can work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • US citizenship required
  • Pass pre-hire background check including DMV and credit screening
  • Pass Pre-hire Drug Screening
