Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Strategist drives the company’s digital growth by developing and executing data-driven strategies across paid, owned, and earned media. This role leads campaign planning and performance optimization to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy, campaign management, and performance optimization
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation, conversion, and measurable business growth through digital channels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy, measure performance, and optimize results
  • Technical Platform Proficiency: CRM & Automation: Salesforce and Marketo. Social Platforms: LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Instagram. Search & Web: Google (Search/Ads) and Website CMS. Digital Tools: Professional ad buying tools and performance analytics software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategy and campaign development to drive acquisition, conversion, and regional growth
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, social, email, PR, digital advertising)
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from concept and strategic planning through execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Oversee digital channel performance, including ad placement, budget allocation, and audience targeting strategies
  • Leverage data, testing, and attribution models to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and guide decision-making
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (ROI, CPA, CTR), delivering insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track campaign and marketing performance
  • Partner with internal teams to translate strategy into creative assets and ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives
  • Support growth of brand presence and digital communities, including social engagement and executive visibility strategies.
