The Business Solutions Director is a thought leader that drives strategic input to client opportunities both during pre-sales as well as delivery of engagements. You will partner with client, country leadership and internal cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to understand, define and build effective solutions that generate measurable business impact for client as well as Collinson. We’re looking for an enthusiastic problem solver with a commercial mindset, that thrives on being engaged at all levels of the assigned project. As a key point of contact for both the Client and internal teams, you will be a pivotal role in the success of every engagement. The business solutions director will be responsible for providing strategic consulting to our clients in the Financial Services and Travel Industry on how to enhance the impact of their loyalty programs and elevate their end-customer experience. As part of the process, they will work closely with business development and account management teams and be responsible to train and enable them on best practice, as well as develop relevant market facing solutions.
