About The Position

Leads the development and execution of enterprise Groups & Events experience standards and programs that enable consistent, high‑quality event delivery across brands, regions, and hotels. Your day to day Translate Groups & Events enterprise strategy into scalable, adoptable enablement programs that materially improve how hotels sell, plan, and host meetings.  Define and evolve enterprise Groups & Events experience standards (event best practices, room blocks, F&B planning, meeting tech/AV experience) that drive consistency while allowing brand and regional flexibility.  Own the end-to-end lifecycle of non-tech Groups & Events enablement programs, from concept and design through rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization.  Ensure programs are created and iterated with an owner mindset with a cost focus, which will help successfully land program in hotels.   Lead the commercial enablement agenda for Groups & Events nontech programs, ensuring hotels and sales teams clearly understand what to do differently and how it drives performance.  Design and scale training frameworks, learning journeys, and enablement materials that support global adoption and role based execution.  Own and evolve enterprise, multiband Groups & Events programs, including Pivotal Meetings and Meetings for Good.  Establish clear success measures, governance, and feedback loops to assess program effectiveness and enterprise impact.  Partners cross functionally with Regions, Brand, Sales, Operations, and Technology Enablement to align priorities and remove barriers to execution.  Lead and develop a high performing enablement team with a strong enterprise mindset, focused on outcomes, adoption, and scale.  Partner with QA, Brands, and Regional Ops to ensure sustained compliance and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Strategy, or related field)
  • 8–12 years of experience in enablement, brand, guest experience, or commercial strategy roles
  • Demonstrated experience running brand‑led or guest experience programs
  • Strong experience designing and launching new enterprise programs
  • People leadership experience required
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
  • Program design and lifecycle management
  • Guest experience and brand standards development
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical tools and frameworks
  • Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
