About The Position

As an International Market Manager, you join a highly collaborative team supporting College Board partnerships across Latin America , the Caribbean , US territories and the US Department of War Education Activity . You will manage relationships with key stakeholders at schools, networks, universities, associations, and government offices. Your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and p rovide data-i nformed guidance enables leaders in your markets to make decisions that best support their students. You will play a critical role in strengthening our presence outside the U.S. through strong partnership management, thoughtful strategic planning, and close collaboration with colleagues across SDP. Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in the e d ucation fiel d , with a preference for business d e velopment, partnerships or sales .
  • Experience managin g a large, complex client account d irecting service d e livery an d support while i d e ntifying an d d riving new business opportunities.
  • Clear an d concise communication skills, inclu d ing the ability to analyze , synthesize an d present key d ata for a range of au d iences inclu d ing system lea d e rs, e d ucators, stu d e nts an d families .

Responsibilities

  • D e velop Strategy an d Partnership Approaches ( 4 0%) Apply un d e rstan d ing of the e d ucational lan d scape in your markets to d e velop an d execute strategic plans in consultation with regional lea d e rship an d cross- d ivisional partners.
  • Maintain account planning processes an d con d uct regular business reviews with assigne d accounts.
  • I d e ntify market-specific opportunities an d challenges an d provi d e personalize d , d ata-informe d recommen d ations to sustain an d grow partnerships.
  • Analyze market tren d s an d d e velop strategic recommen d ations aligne d to international goals.

  • Collaborate with international colleagues to support program growth, training, an d implementation.

  • D e velop an d implement strategies to increase AP an d SAT recognition among universities, in partnership with higher e d ucation staff.
  • Manage External an d Internal Relationships ( 4 0%) Buil d an d maintain strong relationships with d e cision-makers across organizations, universities, an d ministries of e d ucation to support program a d o ption.
  • Partner closely with colleagues across regions an d S D P to share insights, coor d inate strategy, an d strengthen collective work.
  • Provi d e coaching an d support to junior staff, as appropriate , base d on your portfolio.
  • Execute Internal Processes & Manage Regional Projects (20%) Use Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, monitor progress towar d goals, an d support proactive task an d opportunity management.
