This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives and securing new business opportunities to enhance our services in post-acute care settings. We are seeking a Director of Business Development and Market Launch who combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise to expand our market presence, build high-performing relationships, and drive growth across our regional network. As a seasoned professional with healthcare expertise and business acumen, you will play a critical role in partnership development, strategic planning, and maintaining TECS's competitive edge. Additionally, the position will l ead market launch planning and oversight for new sites, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful openings, brand alignment, and smooth transition from launch to ongoing operations. About Total Extended Care Services: TECS is a physician-led Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation practice that focuses on providing exceptional rehabilitation services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 5 - 8+ years of business development experience in the healthcare post-acute sector is preferred
  • Proven success in partnership development and growth strategies in physical medicine, rehabilitation, or related fields
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout FL is required
