About The Position
The Director of Data will be the primary architect of the data strategy, ensuring that the clinical, financial, and operational data is scalable, secure, and actionable. This role will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and executive-level business intelligence, directly influencing the ability to deliver life-saving diagnostic insights. Requirements
- 10+ years in data engineering or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Life Sciences. Experience with PHI (Protected Health Information) is mandatory.
- Experience operating within a publicly traded environment, including familiarity with SOX compliance and rigorous data auditing.
- Expertise in Azure based cloud data warehouse solutions
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern orchestration tools
- Experience with BI tools like PowerBI
