We’re seeking a new Director of Performance Marketing and Analytics to lead our media planning and buying efforts. The Director of Performance Marketing and Analytics develops and leads strategies that lead to the generation of new leads and consumers through online and offline marketing campaigns. This role is in charge of the Performance Marketing department in terms of all acquisition marketing, media tactics, strategy management, execution, as well as optimization across channels. This role will also be the go-to person for data driven analysis through the marketing group and the using that to optimize everything from acquisition to retention.
