Requirements

  • Expertise in B2B sales, contract negotiations, and key account management.
  • Experience in handling complex sales cycles, bids, and tenders for large-scale contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop business cases and assess profitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with contract management and compliance regulations within the Food sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across hard and soft facilities management services.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across diverse sectors including corporate, healthcare, retail, education, and government.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and client needs.
  • Lead bid and tender processes, ensuring proposals are competitive, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Develop customized solutions to address client facility management challenges and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with operations, marketing, and finance teams ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction..
  • Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet revenue goals.
  • Ensure profitability by negotiating contracts, pricing models, and service agreements effectively.
