Renaissance Senior Homes is seeking a Director of Wellness (DOW) for our Forks and Northampton locations. The DOW is responsible for the overseeing the overall management and operational effectiveness of the nursing department. This role ensures that residents are provided with a safe, supportive, and homelike environment that promotes their ability to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of health.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN)
- Strong leadership skills
- Superior planning and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great team building skills
- Experience in Personal Care Home or similar environment
- Knowledge of PA Personal Care Regulations(2600)
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the overall management and operational effectiveness of the nursing department.
- Ensuring that residents are provided with a safe, supportive, and homelike environment that promotes their ability to achieve and maintain the highest possible level of health.
