Visa is seeking a Director HR Business Partner in our Technology organization. She/he will operate as a trusted advisor and business partner to their aligned functional executives and to other members of the senior management team on people and organizational issues. This strategic HR leader will have a talent-oriented and commercially-focused mindset leading, advising and counseling on all people related matters – which include but are not limited to global organizational assessment and design, talent management, succession planning, performance management, coaching, talent acquisition, employee experience, change management and organizational design, metrics and insights. This leader will thrive in a fast-paced environment that is continuously evolving and changing, with a bias for setting strategy along with strong implementation to drive meaningful results. She/he will have a client centric mindset and help translate client experience and commercial strategy to human resources capabilities. This leader will be a member and key partner to the leadership team and the client groups. This individual will also be a key member of the Technology People team and work closely with their internal counterparts for successful planning and delivery of People programs and services to the business. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating challenging forces in the dynamic payments space, employing the necessary People processes that enable the organization to innovate and grow. Leading with a global and inclusive mindset will be a critical focus of this position.
