Requirements

• 1 year minimum working in the trade
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Comfort with scheduling software and multitasking
• A positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and updates
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Keep accurate records in our dispatch and CRM systems
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
