About The Position
RPM is an international non-asset-based logistics and supply chain solutions company. RPM has recently partnered up with Dealers Choice Auto Transport to offer an expanded value to customers, now gaining access to RPM’s expansive carrier network and OE relationships, offering robust new solutions to address capacity and efficiency challenges across their supply chains. Dealers Choice Auto Transport is an auto transport specialist for dealerships nationwide, providing fully for highline and exotic vehicles. The company takes pride in offering clients the proper shipping they need, setting them apart from others in the industry. Your Role This is a full-time on-site role as Dispatcher and Customer Service Specialist at Dealers Choice Auto Transport in West Palm Beach, FL. The position will be responsible for dispatching duties and handling customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, managing customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, customer service, or customer experience roles
- Professional phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort navigating multiple systems
- Working knowledge of vehicles and basic automotive concepts
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgment in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the auto transport industry preferred
