About The Position

As a Distribution Facility Process Improvement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in optimizing daily Distribution Center operations while partnering with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. You’ll help ensure our DC runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time—every day.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
  • Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends (3–4 times per year)
  • Steel-toe shoes required
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (rarely without assistance; with assistance as needed)

Nice To Haves

  • 0–2 years of experience with conveyor systems or warehouse equipment
  • Basic understanding of PDCA cycle concepts
  • 0–2 years of experience in facility safety or safety coordination
  • Exposure to WCS/WMS software
  • Familiarity with OSHA standards
  • Basic HAZMAT knowledge (lithium batteries, UN1210)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable improvements
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, operational environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvements across DC workflows; document current and future-state processes and expected results.
  • Analyze inventory movement and returns to optimize inbound, outbound, and internal operations in line with Keyence business rules.
  • Coordinate and resolve daily operational and logistics issues to ensure on-time DC performance.
  • Lead and partner with 3PL teams by setting objectives, tracking KPIs, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot WCS software, equipment, and mechanical issues with vendors; track tickets to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain documentation for operational events, equipment stoppages, and interventions.
  • Lead recurring operational review meetings with 3PL and external vendors.
  • Oversee daily shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and required administrative tasks
