The Arc of the Ozarks is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our specialized diagnostic team supporting children ages 2–3 who have no functional communication and little to no previous therapy experience. About the Role: This role is part of our intensive early intervention program , designed to assess and develop foundational communication skills in toddlers. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to complete observations and assessments (including ADOS when appropriate), incorporate play-based therapy , and build structured yet natural language opportunities throughout each session. The ability to assess through engagement and play is essential. Training in ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) is highly preferred, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
