About The Position

This role is a key member of the Skullcandy DTC team, helping bring best-in-class experiences to life on our Skullcandy.com global websites. The Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist will manage global website content updates, launch products, run site promotions, and manage the DTC catalogue and pricing.

Requirements

  • 1+ years Ecommerce experience, preferably consumer product focus
  • Proficiency in Ecommerce and content management systems (Shopify a plus)
  • Familiarity with Ecommerce product catalogue concepts and structures
  • Ability to report and analyze consumer behaviors and Ecommerce KPIs to make data-driven decisions, balancing quantitative and qualitative input
  • Highly organized
  • Problem-solving with a willingness to learn
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • College Degree in Related Field; Marketing; Business Administration, Retail Management, E-Commerce/Digital Business

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience: knowledge of how to effectively use project management and communication tools including Zoom, Monday.com, Slack

Responsibilities

  • Actively manage the Skullcandy.com merchandising calendar for US, CA, EU and UK and curate compelling visual merchandising implementations that deliver positive KPI results
  • Coordinate and execute global product launches and marketing campaigns, bringing new brand stories, categories, and products to life online
  • Optimize listing page sort orders, maintain internal search keywords, define upsell/cross sell facets, and SEO meta data
  • Maintain the global product catalog including product lifecycle and price changes in accordance with established promotional calendars
  • Manage the pipeline for developing site creative asset needs
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key page performance metrics; revenue per visit, click thru rate, etc.
  • Use reporting insights to identify trends and provide recommendations to cross-functional partners like Marketing, Brand, and Demand Planning
  • Perform all work with an eye on quality assurance and best in class experience
