About The Position

Turner & Townsend is looking for a HSEE Project Administrator to join our team. This individual will work to support project management services for our clients.

Requirements

  • Good writing skills and ability to do teamwork
  • Knowledge of Client Operations Management System
  • Knowledge of Client Gensuite System
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • BS Degree in or Associate Degree with 5 years of experience.
  • BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field. Relevant work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset.
  • Expert in Microsoft and Google Suite of software products; especially Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Good knowledge of SAP (Project System) is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Assist with establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout project.
  • Ensure that key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained.
  • Interface with multiple stakeholders, including executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors.
  • Assist with the flow of project information between team members / stakeholders.
  • Attend relevant meetings, update and maintain issues/actions logs as current.
  • Development of detailed project plans, attendance at status meetings and follow-up with team members on completion status, close-out of open items.
  • Preparation of various reports for multiple audiences, including formal project management reports, executive dashboards and other reporting requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
  • Must be able to complete data entry and publish reports for ICAARE system.
  • Must be able to request contractor qualification packages, compile the database, ensure the database is up to date and notify security when a new contractor is added to the list.
  • Must be able to enter Purchase Requisition, submit invoices into the contractor portal, utilize SES system and follow up with Accounts payable on as needed basis
  • Must be able to log incidents in Client’s eSHEM portal, generate incidents report using HANA system. Compile incident database as needed and distribute it to the stake holders.
  • Must be able to generate Spill reporting to fulfil AES, TRI, RC, and other reporting modules.
  • Assist EHSS department with Global Assurance reporting (Attachment 7 and Attachment 9)
  • Must be able to provide support to EHSS department during a Process Hazards Analysis
  • Must be able to use Action Tracking system
  • Must be able to use management of change database.
  • When needed be able to notarize official business documents.
  • Support the Ultem business units with the administrative duties required by the SHPP Gensuite platform Misc.
  • Project Assistance such as editing documents, preparing reports, digitizing and archiving documents and other project tasks as needed by EHSS (or site).
