Job Location: Remote IPG is seeking a strategic and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our lifecycle communication programs across Email and SMS channels. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer communication lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and renewal—leveraging data and insights to drive revenue and improve customer experience. As we expand into SMS marketing, this role will play a key part in developing and launching SMS programs that complement our email strategy and enhance customer engagement across channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and operational excellence to deliver highly effective and personalized customer communications.
