About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Employee Communications Intern to join our team! This internship offers hands-on experience in employer branding, social media, and employee engagement initiatives, while working directly with the Employee Communications Manager and collaborating across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in employee communications, employer branding, and social media
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite; familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus
  • Genuine interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and community involvement
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to attend occasional volunteer events and employee activities
