Internship program dates: June 8 - August 21, 2026 Education Required: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in one of the following fields (or related majors): Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Organizational Development Pre‑Law/Law Criminal Justice General Description: BeOne is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented student to join our Employee Relations (ER) team for a remote internship. As an ER Intern, you will work directly with the Director of Employee Relations and play an active role in supporting the daily operations of the ER Center of Excellence. In this role, you will assist with workplace investigations, documentation, and data analysis, as well as gain exposure to HR, Legal, Compliance, and business partners across the organization. This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in employee relations while contributing to work that supports our colleagues and the organizational culture and experience. As an intern of BeOne you will actively contribute to the discovery, development, and delivery of our oncology therapies to our patients. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in one of the following fields (or related majors): Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology Organizational Development Pre‑Law/Law Criminal Justice
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and transcribe detailed interviews in support of ER investigations
  • Conduct pre‑investigation research to help ER partners evaluate context and potential policy implications
  • Assist in drafting written documentation and summary reports related to ER investigations
  • Update and maintain accurate notes and case details in the Ethics Point case management system
  • Support ER data analysis and reporting to identify trends and insights across the organization
