About The Position

Summer Internship - Support the Engineering & Project Management group. Must be able to work in Richland, WA. GENERAL SUMMARY Provide technical support for the designated organization based on assigned projects. Assigned projects will be in the area of technical practices in support of the department. This position will be directly accountable to assigned department staff and will support assigned project related activities and initiatives.

Requirements

• Requires current part to full time enrollment status, or a recent graduate, in a bachelor’s or higher degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Area of study must be in a technical field related to the assigned role.
• Target hire is a student at a Junior or Senior status at the time the internship commences. Students earlier in their college experience will be considered, along with recent graduates (within six months of graduation).
• Must maintain a minimum 2.8 cumulative G.P.A. unless approved by Human Resources.
• A High School diploma/GED is required.
• Must be able to work in Richland, WA.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned routine department activities
• Support technical project-related activities within the department
• Support emergent related work or assignments
