Overview Targeted Victory is seeking a Creative Project Manager Intern to join our Creative team in Arlington, VA. This internship is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn how creative projects move from idea to execution in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will work closely with our Creative Project Manager, Traffic Coordinator, and other creative team members to support the production of content across social media, landing pages, email campaigns, fundraising placements, and occasional print materials. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting project workflows, helping ensure smooth collaboration between our Creative and Client Services teams. You’ll assist with organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and learning how strong project management keeps creative work running efficiently. This is an ideal position for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to explore a career in the creative industry.

Requirements

  • Interest in digital media, creative production, or project management (no prior experience required)
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes

Responsibilities

  • Review and proof new project requests, ensuring all necessary details are clear and complete
  • Communicate important project information to client services and creative team members
  • Assist with organizing and managing creative assets (images, copy, design files, etc.)
  • Support project tracking and task management using tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Help monitor timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Learn and contribute to best practices for managing digital creative workflows
