Enhancements Supervisor (Landscaping)

Since 2000, we have proudly served homeowners by delivering excellence, integrity, and family values. Our Lawn & Land Care department continues this legacy by providing premium landscaping services to discerning homeowners across NW Ohio. As an Enhancements Supervisor, you will be the boots -on -the -ground leader responsible for the quality and completion of diverse landscaping projects. From operating heavy machinery to fine -detail pruning, you will ensure our projects are executed to the "Integrity Standard." This is a full -time, year -round position. While our typical high season runs from late March/early April through November, we provide consistent work throughout the year.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a supervisor or foreman role within a landscaping crew.
- Hands -on experience with heavy equipment (Dingo, mini -X, saws, skid steer, etc.).
- Expertise in pruning, tree trimming, retaining wall construction, and drainage solutions.
- A sharp eye for quality and the ability to manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage a crew to ensure the high -quality completion of landscaping projects.
- Safely drive commercial trucks and trailers; operate machinery including skid steers, loaders, Dingos, power buggies, and mini -excavators.
- Maintain mulch beds and perform tasks such as edging, pruning, trimming, and planting.
- Lead the installation of retaining walls and French drainage systems.
- Conduct thorough spring and fall cleanups to keep client properties pristine.
- Track time entry for the crew and ensure all work stays on schedule.
