About The Position
Links Home Solutions is a fast-growing fiber internet sales organization connecting homeowners with the fastest internet available. We partner with leading providers including AT&T, Quantum, Kinetic, Metronet and more! We also work with DIRECTV and Vivint Home Security so you can offer your customers a full home solution. Our reps work directly with homeowners in neighborhoods where fiber internet is available, helping families upgrade to faster, more reliable connectivity. Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone or tablet for field apps
- Ability to walk neighborhoods for several hours per day
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
- Must be located in, or be willing to travel at own expense to assigned locations
Responsibilities
- Engage with residents in assigned territories to promote and sell fiber and smart home services
- Build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and recommend customized solutions
- Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism and accuracy
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat business and referrals
- Accurately document sales activity using company-provided tools
- Provide world-class customer experiences that lead to repeat business and referrals
- Track activity and leads using SalesRabbit
- Follow up on go-backs and warm leads
- Represent Links and our partners professionally in the field
