About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Entry-Level Event Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals interested in customer service, event support, and community engagement who want to gain hands-on experience working at live events, promotions, and public-facing campaigns. As an Event Customer Service Rep, you will interact directly with attendees, provide assistance, and help ensure a positive event experience. No prior experience is required—paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Answer questions and provide information about events, services, or promotions
  • Support event operations including check-in, setup, and breakdown
  • Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused presence at events
  • Help resolve basic customer questions or concerns during events
  • Work with team members to ensure smooth and successful event experiences
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the team after events
