About The Position

The Amazon Devices and Digital Services team is seeking a talented, resourceful, and motivated Executive Assistant to support two Seattle-based Directors of Connectivity and Tech Licensing within the Amazon Devices & Services Business Development organization. This exciting role requires attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to proactively anticipate needs across the team. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. After a thorough onboarding period, a successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and make effective decisions with the information available. We work as a global team, dealing with multiple stakeholders across the business and product teams: therefore it is essential to have the ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management
