About the role The Executive Assistant to the CEO will work directly with the CEO and other senior leaders to organize calendars, manage logistics, and act as a force multiplier on time. You will gain significant visibility of Mercor’s operations, and add enormous value to the CEO’s daily workflow. We're looking for candidates who are proactive, organized, analytical, and hard-working. You should be high-energy and present well in front of external audiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably at a fast-growing startup or other high-intensity professional environment
  • Openness to supporting the CEO in-office Mon-Sat and being on call whenever needed
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting company leadership and understanding their unique needs
  • Strong aptitude and proficiency with productivity tools and software

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate high-stakes meetings with internal and external stakeholders with high attention to detail.
  • Draft, edit, and deliver a variety of communications, including emails and presentations, with precision and efficiency.
  • Ideate, plan, and execute unique internal and external company events.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal and external stakeholders, facilitating swift and effective communication.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the company, along with any corresponding expense reports with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Take on special projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and delivering results under tight deadlines.
