About The Position

The Executive Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact to the President/CEO.  This position, which works closely with and provides administrative support to the President/CEO, Officers and Vice President of People & Culture.  The Executive Coordinator is responsible for managing special projects, inquiries, meetings and communications related to the executive administration of the agency.   This position serves as a liaison for the Congreso Board of Directors, and related Congreso legal entities.  As such, this position requires strong relationship-building skills, a good sense of discretion and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to assist the organization in achieving its goals.   In this role, the Executive Coordinator will work centrally with the President/CEO, Officers, and Vice President of People & Culture in supporting the various administrative departments with planning for and carrying out special events and internal/external initiatives, providing calendar and communications support, purchasing supplies, and supporting with fiscal reports as needed. This position will have access to a variety of confidential and high-importance information through the course of their work and is expected to handle such matters with the utmost care and confidentiality. This position reports to the President and CEO. This is a HYBRID position. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED/HISET required, some college level course work a plus.
  • 1-2 years’ administrative and customer service experience required.
  • Experience with project coordination, including managing multiple priorities and workstreams.
  • Experience operating basic office equipment to carry out common administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Experience with data entry, tracking and analysis, a plus.
  • Proficient typing skills, at a minimum of 50 Words Per Minute preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills, primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook requied
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative certification a plus.
