Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent problem solving and time management

• Ability to read and comprehend basic English.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to operate forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes and maintenance type vehicles.
• Ability to oversee contractors
• Computer skills
• 2 years’ work experience in facility type maintenance or commercial electrician
• Able to work in high places with aerial lifts and ladders
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Able to sit, bend, kneel, stand and walk.
• Able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Willingness to learn and work to be the best of his/her abilities as well to help the Kobe Team to grow

Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components such as lighting, fuse boxes, motors, and power supplies.
• Reading and using blueprints to carry out tasks.
• Performing risk assessments and safety checks.
• Laying cables, piping, and tubing.
• Retrofitting outdated lighting with energy-efficient options.
• Testing, diagnosing, and replacing electrical systems to ensure they’re up to code.
• Providing price estimates.
• Conducting safety checks and managing supplies.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues quickly and safely.
• Proficiency in related fields such as carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC installation.
