Position Summary Drive client satisfaction and operational excellence as a Facility Manager specializing in relationship management. Lead strategic initiatives, budget optimization, and innovative programs across multiple facilities while strengthening key client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years facility management experience in corporate, third-party, or consulting environments
  • Proven client-facing relationship management success
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Strong financial analysis and budget management capabilities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS platforms
  • Management and vendor oversight experience

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications (FMP, CFM, CPM, PMP)
  • Knowledge of facilities, operations, building systems, and workplace technologies
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives and capital project management
  • P&L responsibility with site management background

Responsibilities

  • Execute short and long-term strategic client initiatives with Account Director
  • Maintain management-level relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Collaborate on capital and operational budget planning and management
  • Design and implement facility management programs that deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive budget variance analysis and reporting for the assigned site
  • Create and execute annual strategic management plans for building portfolios
  • Manage onsite technical and administrative team members
  • Ensure vendor performance and SLA compliance during standard and after-hours operations
