Position Summary Drive client satisfaction and operational excellence as a Facility Manager specializing in relationship management. Lead strategic initiatives, budget optimization, and innovative programs across multiple facilities while strengthening key client partnerships.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years facility management experience in corporate, third-party, or consulting environments
Proven client-facing relationship management success
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Strong financial analysis and budget management capabilities
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS platforms
Management and vendor oversight experience

Nice To Haves

Professional certifications (FMP, CFM, CPM, PMP)
Knowledge of facilities, operations, building systems, and workplace technologies
Experience with sustainability initiatives and capital project management
P&L responsibility with site management background

Responsibilities

Execute short and long-term strategic client initiatives with Account Director
Maintain management-level relationships with key client stakeholders
Collaborate on capital and operational budget planning and management
Design and implement facility management programs that deliver cost savings and efficiency improvements
Work with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities
Develop comprehensive budget variance analysis and reporting for the assigned site
Create and execute annual strategic management plans for building portfolios
Manage onsite technical and administrative team members
Ensure vendor performance and SLA compliance during standard and after-hours operations
